I think he is more hardware orientated! Arduino Uno,  ATTiny85 and ESP32 etc..

When I retired, I wanted to get a leg up on Python programming. I found lots of YouTube videos, but did not find any that I'd consider professional. So... I checked out a training supplier, my ex-employer used (Lynda.com), where I found some great training. They offer a month of free access to their videos. Take a look at their C++ material. There are plenty of courses that should get you started, and you should be able to watch quite a lot over 30 days.
