When it comes to the CH340 instead of FT232RL, is there any reason to avoid the NANO using the CH340? Just curious before I buy any as I am only slightly familiar with the UNO.

Thanks

I have never had a problem with them. I get the Elegoo 3 pack. They are cheap but you have to solder on the pin headers. I have also been very happy with all their other products too. Good clones.

It's a lot like the Uno. Just plug in the USB and upload. Easy to work with. Just make sure you have a Mini-B USB cable.

Some people used to have problems getting the right driver, but I haven't heard many complaints about that lately.

Anything seems possible when you don't know what you're talking about.

Thanks madmisha. I was looking at the 3 pack from the LAFVIN store on Amazon. I will look at the Elegoo and compare.

The LAFVIN ones have the upgraded CH340G chip.
