I must've hit the del button when I was aiming for the printscreen button when I took that picture, cuz when I reopen the file the # is still there, along with the error

Well, I found a different sketch which compiled and loaded with no errors, but, there's about 5 or more brands of chips for the wifi, and the one I have isn't marked, so I went thru and turned them on one at a time, but, none of them seemed to actually work

All of them gave me an error except for the one called AI_Thinker, but, even tho it didn't give me an error, it didn't seem to work cuz it gave me no IP address plus it's not marked AI_Thinker, so I must have one that's not in the sketch, but none of the other sketches compiled so I can't try them

Which esp32-cam do you have?  I taking an online course right now getting familiar with the esp32 and maybe it is something I'd line to try.  I see several on Amazon in the $8 to $12 range.

That's the problem. I don't know. All the ones I've seen are marked with some sort of name, like wroom, or ai_thinker or whatever, this one isn't

It looks like an Espressif mark, but I think it's an AI-Thinker clone.

Kind of a long shot but maybe worth a try. MAC address - Vendor lookup

And remember to program it you have to ground GPIO01.

Esp32 cam. Face recognition not able do after web page ip is refreshed,  it does not goto face detection.....
