ask for help

I was using Arduino IDE version 1,18.10 for i year. Two days ago I cannot get the program to start. It starts up and shows initiation packages and than it disappears, nothing happens. I unstalled the program and reloaded Arduino IDE version 1.18.12 from the Arduino,cc webside using the windows installer.However, I have the same problem with the new installed program, it starts but disappears again.

I tried the arduino debugger program, Here also the program starts but the results flash by and cannot be seen. The results do not show up in the task bar, similar to starting the program.

I am using a HP Pavilion laptop, with Windows 10 home version 1903 OS build 18362.836

Is there anyone that can solve my problem.
