                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I really enjoyed <a href="https://dronebotworkshop.com/pico-uno/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Build a Pico “Uno” – Prototyping with the Pico</a> since I learned a lot, and ended up with something useful. Similarly, since I'm now looking at <a href="https://dronebotworkshop.com/ps3-esp32" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Use a PS3 Controller with an ESP32</a>, I can immediately see the ongoing utility of <strong>Bill's robot car base</strong>. It is so much ahead of what I've been trying to visualize, that I immediately started thinking, could I do that?</p>
<p>I've assembled the acrylic bases before, motors, wheels, caster. What I would specifically appreciate in this new video/article is a detailed look at the power distribution board, for starters. Separating the two 18650 batteries seems cool from a weight-and-balance view, but how exactly do I wire that up? (Please include photos of the bottom of board too &#x1f642;).</p>
<p>I've never done a project with three different levels of voltage, but now I can see the possibilities. Maybe I do need an LDO converter for 6V for servos. I know there's a new module every month, and I realize a lot of what I'm requesting is old hat for a lot of viewers, but I'm voting for beginning basic skills. Thank you.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a USB steering wheel for gaming with a simulator. In my case it is a farming simulator.<br /><br />Brand is Speedlink. It is not the latest product, got it second-hand.<br /><br />I am not content with the perormance of it. <br /><br />I think it is interesting to configure it for your own desires. <br /><br />All the functions of the simulator can be performed by a keyoard, so why not program a controller that lets the steering wheel act as a keyboard? <br /><br />What would be needed to know is the code that is sent via USB by a standard keyboard. A special task is the code that is made out of the potentiometer from the pedals, and the steering wheel itself. My idea is also to add some more buttons for additional functions.<br /><br />I think I am not the first person having ideas like this. Any ideas?</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since all of us are concerned about static in the electronics shop and a few members are using electronics in a dusty environment (wood shop) where an explosion is possible, it would be useful to have a meter and/or red/yellow/green led to indicate how much static is building up. I assume everyone has a proper hygrometer in their shop so they can make sure it stays above 55%. In the woodshop maybe it should be connected to one of the pipes of the dust collector, in the electronics shop maybe it can be connected to the blue mat most if us have on the bench.</p>]]></content:encoded>
